A week ago, our region was hit by one of the most destructive storms in history. Amid the devastation and chaos stories of humanity and camaraderie emerged. Neighbors helping neighbors. Strangers helping strangers. As power lines toppled, many of us remained tethered to information by the most untethered things we had: our mobile devices.
